David began his real estate career in 1991, earning his New Jersey Broker's License in 1996. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, he established RE/MAX Select in New Jersey in 1997, where he further developed his expertise in brokerage management, sales leadership, and client representation.

In 2005, David expanded his professional credentials by obtaining his Florida Real Estate Broker's License, bringing his extensive industry knowledge and experience to the Sunshine State.

Throughout his career, David has earned numerous sales and managerial awards, reflecting his consistent performance, leadership abilities, and dedication to the real estate profession.

From 2016 through 2019, David further broadened his expertise by representing new construction properties with WCI Builders, gaining valuable insight into residential development, new-home sales, and the unique considerations involved in purchasing newly constructed homes.
